If your reoccurring payment fails, your service could be terminated.  To resolve this, simply update the payment method on the account or click here.

There are many reasons why a payment may have failed.  To resolve this, we recommend you try the following:

  • Please check to ensure that the credit card you have on file is not expired.
  • Ensure there are sufficient funds in your account.
  • Call your bank or financial institution to find out what is wrong with your account and the reason for the failure.
  • Ensure the billing address on your account is up to date.
